Biscuit Affair
Oh my, this is the first ever failure of my ‘history’ of baking biscuits. This receipe really suck. The beginning process was so smooth, melting the butter and chocolate together. Wow this is so easy!! Dont hv to mix till so ‘kang kor’ lo! Mix…mix…mix….then put 2 eggs… eh.. y the dough become so ‘nua’ (watery + sticky). Ah well since the receipe says have to refrigerate it after mixing so wont be a hassle i guess.
After 1 hour, time for baking~~~ something tells me that the dough is not right when i took it out of the fridge. Well, do already cant turn back lo. so i placed the dough in normal sizes for the first tray and baked for almost 20 mins. Eh? How come no aroma or ‘cao ta’ smell? so long already wor… Then i peeked into the oven and saw… OMFG!!! My biscuits have ‘merged’!!! lolz… Merge until they look like dragon scales to me. lolz.. *note: not fish scales…too palia :P. keke. wa…if im in dragonquest VIII (PS2 game) i’ll be a walking "alchemy pot"…haha!!!! shape fail nvm… the taste….1 expression describe it all " EEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEEE" as if my tougue rosak liao…its super sweet! no chocolate or butter taste even!!! worst of all the the sides were crunchy and slightly burnt while the center was gooey and soft!! not cooked at all…aiyo..how ah? the size is almost the size of my palm even! -___-”” swt dao mei you lu …
Jelly Affair
Ops, the jelly powder is gonna expire soon! i better use it up before it goes waste!! <<< this is wat i call ‘ge gao" a.k.a ‘jia li hai’. haha….1 big pack and 1 small pack bought by my sis who left before she made any!!
So according to the instructions written on the packet, i boiled the water lo. I only got 2 hands (cos someone didn’t wanna help me!!! hmph !! sei TP ) so i tore open the small pack and poured all the powder into the boiling water and placed aside the packet. It was just a sec only… i used the spoon and stir…eh??? y the "lump" i poured macam become gelatin already!!! sei la….stirr stirrrrrrrr stirrrrrrrrrr oso cant dissolve….this is reli gelatin not jelly liao!!! (Those who studied microbio will know the diff btwn gelatin and jelly eh

The Grandmaster of cooking came and said…filter it lo….hmm..good idea but wont the gelatin clog up the filter pores?!?! later kena marah again..so the GRandmaster did it herself. hohoho…. just as i expected… the gelatin too hard alraedy cant even pass thru the filter. haha…forget it. just a small pack.. i still got a big pack to go rite?
Poured away the 1st failure… started to boil water at " i think was the same amount i used just now".then i poured + stirred the big pack of jelly powder. ok..everything is ok1 Next is longan syrup!! ( I was gonna make longan jelly) I actually poured the whole tin of longan syrup into the water….stir stir stir…eh sumthing wrong la….i remember last time when i did …the jelly already start to stick and "jelly-tise" on the spoon. how come this ….NOT?!?!?! ops… sei..too WATERY liao!! aih..reli bo lat..’fei lou’ again la…. dun care..just poured the mixture into the jelly moulds and put into the fridge.
So after dinner i wanted to try one of my jelly. Used my fingers to dig it up from the mould… Aduh…the only thing i can pick up from it was the longan..haha the jelly too ‘nua’ to pick up liao…. haha…za dao.. now few days later… the jelly shrank …duno y..mayb the water content evaporated in the fridge!~~ HAHAHA … I GIVE UP LA
Sausage Affair
Another day without lunch prepared for me. wuwuwuw come bek jb oso almost same condition as kl… so sien…went to open the fridge and freezer… ooo sausages available…good that’s lunch.
How does teriyaki sausages sound to u? teriyaki is the sweet, sticky and yummy sauce we always get at the jap restaurants we eat with the yummy fish right? WRONG!!! NEVER UNDERESTIMATE COOKS! The teriyaki sauce i used was… kikoman brand. shud be alright right? RIGHT??????? WRONG!! i got the total opposite!!When i wanted to marinate the sausages in the sauce, i poured the sauce and smelled…err…not quite wat i expected. well mayb its different when u cook it eh? hehe shud be..must be la…so i marinated the sausages for 10 mins.
Time for frying it! Equipped with my mini frying pan, i put a small piece of butter to melt and put the sausages + teriyaki sauce. Oooo…they r bubbling~~ the pan was black, the sauce was black, and burnt parts are black in colour too right? that’s the main problem. i dunno if the sausages r burnt or the sauce is making it black…oh man…tis in not good. the smell wasnt quite right either. it was … erm… "NOT SO GOOD"…i cant believe i actually cooked all 4 sausages!! No wonder my form 5 add maths teacher said i got DETERMINATION~~~ Eventhough i know its wrong i still can continue doin the question for 2 whole pages or more. Ain’t i GREAT? hahaha…….
*Ahem* back to story..hehe finished cooking already. Sei the frying pan is SO BLACK!! Black + Black = SUPER BLACK la!!!!!!! the sponge i used to scrub the pan also became black.haha!! time to eat. 1st bite….i reli " …………" swt dao mei you lu -__-”””’ i actually cooked this?? walao… this is so bad..i tell u.. SO BAD u cant believe it!!! then i tot of using the tissue paper to soak out all the sauce and put BBQ sauce to eat with it. Wrong choice. The tissue paper bacome black too and the smell was still there!!! I wanted to eat all of it as its a waste to throw.. but come to think of it.. " not worth getting cancer cos of this shit"…haha…so there it goes into the tong sampah!!
Forgot to mention my hair is full of the BURNT teriyaki sauce smell…so is the kitchen right now. hope the ’stench’ will go away b4 mum comes back or i’ll have to explain it all over again…zzzz
